Slat Back

Clear oak slats with just the right amount of flex are at the heart of this easy-to-use padded back support. Increase the comfort and support of your client without the need for rigid solid back inserts. Back extension can be up to 4 inches above the back upholstery. A non-skid skirt lays on the wheelchair seat to aid in positioning the Slat-Back. An excellent alternative to other back supports.

Padded Calf Panel

This calf panel serves two purposes. First it truly is a great resting place. It will also help in keeping the feet from getting behind or under the foot plates. It is well padded and fastens with hook and loop for easy on and off. Available in vinyl or Cordura nylon. Models for all wheelchairs.

Foot Plate Build Ups

These simple, inexpensive build-ups can serve you in two ways. Use them as simple foot plate extensions for comfort, or, more importantly, as foot positioners. They may be ordered as a matching pair, with each the same dimension, or, if the patient has one leg longer than the other, you may order one build-up higher than the other. You may customize them to suit your client. Shown is a single plate build-up. Double plate build-ups, covering both foot plates, are also available. These cover, in one unit, both plates, forming a solid foot base from right to left. Both single and double build-ups can be wedged so that your patient's feet can be dorsi-flexed to your specifications. They can be covered in Cordura or Naugahyde.
